My nutrition counseling Nourishing Starter Package is designed as a powerful jumpstart: 4 sessions plus ongoing support to help you build momentum and clarity. You won’t get a generic list of “do’s and dont’s” and be left to figure it out alone. Instead, we’ll collaborate every step of the way, making meaningful, sustainable changes that actually work for you and your life.
Nourishing Starter Package ($275):
Initial Consultation Session (75-90 mins, virtual or in-person)
Personalized nutrition and lifestyle plan
Two Follow-Up Sessions (45 mins, virtual or in-person)
Phone call check-in (15 mins)
Resources, handouts, + cheat sheets
Returning clients will be able to schedule individual follow-up appointments for $70 after completing the Starter Package for ongoing support.

A quick note to keep in mind: my current rates reflect the time I'm spending in mentorship as I work toward board certification as a Certified Nutrition Specialist. Once I complete those requirements, my pricing will adjust to reflect more competitive, industry-aligned rates. I’m grateful to offer this accessible rate during this phase of my journey.
